    My wife recently changed her mobile service to TPG and we find it is almost impossible to contact them on their designated customer service phone lines to sort out any problems . I certainly won't be making a change to them , particularly in view of their customer service and wonder if others have experienced problems dealing with TPG.
    Next step will be dealing through the Telecommunications Ombudsman .
