ostirch72) The tpg offer will replace the management team with a new one. As a result, tpg will need to buy the management out with some attractive options. So hopefully the management will be able to negotiate a good deal for them and US (the shareholders).
a full takeover/part assets sale might can return better values for us in a longer run.
