Despite all this "cooling off" talk I think TPG are ready to go if the SP drifts below $1 - just a question of how far below, in my mind. They even seem to have leaked a takeover offer price of $1.15

The problem is, and I write as a long term accumulator of the stock, the mooted offer price of $1.15 is light on. A large shareholder has said that it is 20% light. Games are being played. This has a long way to go.
