    NP, Only problem is can we trust them? Seems the Singapore deal was not too popular. It doesn't look to be too large an investment max $300 to $400 funded from cash flow and debt facility. Market cap $6billion to put in perspective. TPM must go overseas for growth and this is not like SGH when they had there own market cap in debt to buy a bad business or many other examples. This is more like a nibble.

    Down 5% today, grrrrrr!
