Having access and buying the spectrum is one thing, deploying on sites, negotiating leases is another thing.
Think of it as Teoh paid for the $200 cover charge and has stepped into the bar/club, however he would still need to pay for the drinks, table service and all other incidentals which aren't cheap.
He has been in the ADSL game and was very successful in that, the wireless space is a whole new kettle of fish for him. Let's hope he knows what he is doing.
