I was referring to initial start-up costs in sunny Singa (am estimating 30-50m), and a 2-3 yr period to get to around 5--6% (during which it will be -ve c/flows ......prob initially 15m pa, then to 5m pa .....then to +ve - if the plan works) .....
this has obvious implications for gearing ........which ......could explain the share price (possibly) .....
