I had no choice but to switch all three of my mobile phones to other providers after TPG refused to fix my account they kept stuffing up, charging me daily instead of monthly, when i called them they said there was no problem, lol. Still with iinet and now reasonably happy with it despite a few resolved issues.
TPG have refunded me after I was forced to call the TIO several times.
Having then shopped around for 3 different plans I can tell you TPG are not alone, most other telcos i had issues with including being refunded by one as i refused to accept their billing stuff up on the initial payment. Service centres from other telcos generally in the Phillipines.
Telstra sucks also, foxtell made me wait 2 months then didn't turn up and deleted my account. Generally hopeless the telco industry.
