    I was an iiNet customer and have definitely noticed a drop in customer service following the TPG acquisition (although I can grin and bare it given how rarely I call them).

    I did take this drop in price to start a holding in TPG however. It's an excellent value based buying opportunity in my opinion given the cap raise drop and general sector weakness.
