I am without my main business phone now until this is resolved and customers cannot contact me by phone. TPG have no quick way to unfreeze an account they mistakenly freeze. It has to go to their engineering Department then back to customer non service.
Been told I will have to wait 24 to 48 hours just to hear back from TPG. This does not mean the problems will be fixed.
Joke of a company. I hope the SP goes up though so I can get out of this mess.
