TPI does the whole kit and kaboodle: liquid solid and everything necessary to make oz a nicer place to live. (one of their divisions is into renewable Energy and the recyling of old oil into new oil - they got a biodiesel facility coming online late 07)

their new toy, cleanaways is mostly SOLID type stuff.

TOX is a mini me of TPI - likes to look after the nasties too: you could say it was mainly liquid, but it does the solid and decontamination and wants to be a one stop shop for all waste oz-wide. both claim their tech would enable you to eat your dinner off the tanks they run their cleaners over....

Geographically, you stick the two companies together and it makes a real pretty picture.

BUT.... TPI has proved that they wont pay premiums not matter how pretty the picture looks. Terry REALLY wanted Cleanaway but negotiated a price which was in line with their strategy of paying around 11.4 x forward earnings.
