Thanks for putting things straight MB. I have interpreted things wrongly and stand corrected. In that case I hope Gill can fill his shoes. He has to step up and follow up with the implementation of what was put in place.
As he has been working with Boucher, Gill must have learned some of the managerial skills and what has to be done to turn the company around. It is important that he stays focus and take the job as his own, only then he
can show his excellence. The company has already lost more than 10% of its SP, so Boucher must have been highly regarded by the institutions.
