it's only up 2 pips happy
looks like a holder dumped a few yesterday down to 1.3c
so more of a healthy recovery now that i look at it again rather than break out
still could break out now traders have got a sniff of it
OBL is very leaky , 16% up yesterday then announcement today
TPL is around the same region , so a leak isn't out of the question
