Good work GrogMan Thumbs up.
Some additions, not sure what heading:
1. Year round Water Supply for Mine operations.
2. Lack Infrastructure (already noted but very important long term)
3. Distance to export and export facilties (upgrade Derby if and how long?)
4. Supply of skilled workers and infrastructure development teams. Delays already due to lack of trade persons (all levels) on other developments eg boiler makers, project managers etc
5. Tenements are taking a while to be granted.
6. Overall issue of a dirty product eg Global warming or is it climate change etc. Coal is needed to make steel etc, it does not have to be used to create electricity. (my barrow push)
7. Lack of PR and as noted by one seen on comsec as a online player.

Overall Comment
Good work and easy to read and understand post GrogMan
It looks like a very early player in a new area.
Who knows what else is in the ground.
I am not sure what TPL has put on the tenements. For example, are they only looking for coal and no other products?
Has anyone looked at the WA Mines department, (my internet connection is too slow for that database and interface.)
