Dear John.
This may be correct and I'm a bit dubious on the standards of some research / studies. I'm going to tread lightly on the issue and say erectile (dys)function, "ugly women" and alcohol can create some major issues.
I would also recommend that any proposed patch should not go over the tip of the penis.
