POH only works in the “old dog, new tricks” drug space. However that needn’t be a problem with respect to your erectile dysfunction product suggestion as Themis Medicare have already developed a topical spray product for this affliction called “Lovelong”.
I guess if TPM were added they could call it 4xplay and women, ugly or not, might even be interested in buying it.
