    Very interesting play by TPG and it's looking like it's going to be a smart play by Teoh. Raise at a 20% discount whilst there is a 15% short position on the entire float in more than likely going to create an exit of insto's from Telstra and an inflow into TPG - bring on the short squeeze. Here's a good article on the TPG play from Joseph Palmer & Sons.
