We're actually in a very good spot with this whole thing. The debt we took on to purchase the farm portfolio is very minimal and at a very low interest rates and the big three investments are all looking solid with TPG/VHA looking like it will be the standout for the next 2-3 years. NHC has been smashed SP wise but recently had a few buy ratings from different brokers and is very conservatively financed so they'll be very well placed to benefit when the coal price inevitably picks back up again.
