Might be worth a closer look at the Sydney office. It shares the same address as the cornerstone investor's family office. Phone number looks very similar suggesting it is on the same switch.
Agree the Adelaide office looks very residential.
Any word from your broker on what the other seven WA companies were? A search of all announcements in the last two years only brings the family name up on the recent TPP announcements and as previous substantial shareholders of ANG and TSE.
