Risk is the simple answer. Plus TPT did a capital raising at 16 cents not long ago .. so that accounts for 30m shares or so that have been bought but not "on-market". This CR has kept a lid on the share price because of profit-taking as it ran up to 32 cents. Also, the fact that volume has been relatively low is actually good .... it shows that not all those who took the placement have been selling even at a 50-100% gain!!

I would expect volume and hopefully the share price to rise once the well spuds and as we approach first results in 2-3 weeks.
