So you think they are playing it low key with a strategy of waiting until they get approvals then they will start?

I've heard so many theories on here, Jeffos one about this all being done for the Instos to get on board. Others have said this is just managements style and they don't know what they are doing

I agree I thought from the start and still do think the 2 farmouts the new management got in such a short time frame spoke volumes about their capabilities

Since then though it has been disappointing
