    Hi TheDhon, about $1.75M, that's about $1M less from last quarter, most of it on admin fees. I'm simply saying it is in everyone's best interest to get this deal done asap, not just the SH.

    The management must be doing everything they can to finalize this deal, but i agree with everyone here, they need to sell the story a little better:-)
