Psi81, I'm busy right now something came up so can't go indepth but I will tell you this:

Morocco drill is fully paid for by GALP and TPT recieve 7.5m in cash from them plus 3m govt money back bond type arrangement. It's not lost money. They will have 18m to spend on JKA's licenses.

Might I also point out that some of the TPT boys are a little skeptical and think you guys got the good end of the deal, they may be wrong, they may be right.. But the TPT SP has dropped since this announcement... So seems they aren't so pleased.
