I think you will find over the next weeks that there will be a slew of broker reports all saying how wonderful this is.
Whether they lift the sp is another matter. I think that TPT holders are not seeing the advantages of this deal.

You cant say thet TPT was a market darling , far from it. The hand wringing on this site while comparing with PVD was continuous.

many would have sold out this morning due to fact that both shares will be in a limbo until this T/O settles.

There is certainly an acceptance by JKA holders that this is a good thing. Not so sure with TPT holders.
But with an initial outlay of $2.5m I believe that TPT obtained a bargain from JKA board.
