The only way TPT will go to 10c is if people believe the JKA assets are really worth zilch. I don't think so.
TPT only went down due to the announcement of this deal, people weren't happy about it and sold off. Some also would have sold off to buy JKA and essentually increase their TPT holding when the merger occurs as JKA is cheaper even after the conversion.
TPT's Moroccan block is currently being valued at16.9c/bbl. there's a CoS of 23% on the Trident target alone... Do you honestly think that's a good price considering Morocco has one of the best, if not the best, taxation terms going at the moment?
