    Can anyone work out what the strategic investment synergies are between TPT and IP?

    Range sold Texas to get money to uplift T&T and now that has been more than spent acquiring a 2 bit company with a balance sheet with so many holes it you would be ridiculous to merge.

    Shareholders must vote against the merger and then vote PL out as the merger is a joke for shareholders and just a red herring for what must be very poor performance in all other assets.
