Basic TA shows very strong support in the mid $7 range. But that was before the very positive 2 month FY21 trading update. I think its a safe buy here but an absolute bargain in the mid $7s (but I don't think it will get there). Mid $8 is a possibility so I have kept some aside to do a larger top up there.
If there is no growth from the first quarter of this year, we are looking at an EBITDA of 8.7*4 = 34.8m for FY21. NPAT is generally 0.69 x EBITDA so I the NPAT would be $24m. Provided the business can keep growing 20% or so for the midterm, a PE of 50 is appropriate. This gives a market cap of $1.2bn. That's slightly above where its sitting now..
