If it's a $1 sell, someone is manipulating the price to make the price look lower, to spite more selling so they can get their orders filled

Opposite is true as well, if $1 buy, trying to push SP higher to increase number of buyers, so they can unload.

The annoying part is figuring out which it is. Sometimes you just have to keep hitting refresh to see a small movement in the orders. Can be helpful in knowing what the market is doing
