As part of the listing, TNT will repay to Niuminco $775,000 in final settlement of its loan and fee balances. Niuminco will also retain a 1.3% shareholding in TNT.Niuminco’s Managing Director, Mr Tracey Lake said, “With the successful closing of this IPO, we look forward to immediately accelerating our PNG exploration drilling programs and acquiring additional mining equipment for our Edie Creek mine”.
