The time just keeps ticking past ..... not a word ?

I just hope whatever happens with NIU, it doesn’t drag on past 30 June so I can write NIU losses off against profits in this financial year if that is the way it goes ?

I still think that the ASX should have strict time limits on these sorts of suspensions for the company to either adhere to queries and/or submit financial reports .... seems ludicrous that an ASX listed company can just sit idle with no information whatsoever being passed onto shareholders. I mean we are late in lodging the half yearly to 31 Dec 2018 and the March quarter ends today so now another quarterly financial report and quarterly production report are due shortly ... we had virtually no $ as at 31 Dec 2018 so how are we even operating now some 90 days later when the CR was pulled ?

Good luck folks ... but the longer this drags on IMO the lower the chances we have of success
