I still think that the ASX should have strict time limits on these sorts of suspensions for the company to either adhere to queries and/or submit financial reports .... seems ludicrous that an ASX listed company can just sit idle with no information whatsoever being passed onto shareholders. I mean we are late in lodging the half yearly to 31 Dec 2018 and the March quarter ends today so now another quarterly financial report and quarterly production report are due shortly ... we had virtually no $ as at 31 Dec 2018 so how are we even operating now some 90 days later when the CR was pulled ?

Good luck folks ... but the longer this drags on IMO the lower the chances we have of success

Not sure what your really asking for. Do you want the company delisted - that would be terrible for everyone.

IMO, unless the "receivers and managers appointed" sign gets put up (and honestly it could happen at any time) the implication is that the operation is currently cash flow positive as they have not entered into any more funding arrangements.
