Track Holdings Acquisition
What do shareholders really know about Tracks Results and growth over the past few years ?
We constantly hear of record results but Track Holdings was a private company with unaudited results.
The acquisition has resulted in a $19m debt overhang..
Yes Dom would have Completed due diligence prior to purchase but what do we know of Tracks revenues and profits in 2014 or 2015
At least one year of Track results will be needed to see qtr on qtr revenue and profit growth
IMO, the 30/6/16 and 31/12/16 financials will begin to provide how successful the acquisition has become
