You can debate those comments with the fact that Carosa is no longer privy to more information than your average shareholder but the Blake's would definitely know the inner workings
And the Blake's have been increasing their stake in the company
So why would they have purchased more shares if they know the price would be stagnant due to nothing exciting happening within the company?
