This is ahead of time, great finding! It seems to be the simpler version that can handle predefined questions. It might be due to expected volumes. Having 100s of thousands of customers the volumes might be too high to handle at once. It could also be the the use case, why the customer support assistant should be able to answer how the weather is or what the share price is? There is a narrow topic what you may want to ask, why to bother to handle anything else. I’d say it serves the purpose 100%
