HDR is on many people's accumulate list it would seem and its not taking much volume to move the price - excellent! With valuations giving significant upside for each of this year's drilling targets you can expect a good appreciation leading up to the drilling with perhaps a short correction when rights issue shares hit the market - that could be a great buying opportunity - if it happens. WPL's enthusiasm for Mauritania won't be hurting and the aggressive exploration program will catch the interest of serious investors, and the FID expected in the next month I think - that should spark more institutional buying. Looking very strong IMHO.
