As drawdowns will be being made usually every 15 trading days, it would be useful to be able to predict (more or less) what the price of the shares being issued are going to be.
eg
Today: 15-Jan-2010 Trades Volume Value High Low
Today 5 840,000 17,680 0.0220 0.0210
This Week 147 25,406,198 569,885 0.0250 0.0210
This Month 758 124,018,368 3,100,912 0.0300 0.0200
This Year 758 124,018,368 3,100,912 0.0300 0.0200
Rolling Year 8,737 761,439,211 23,656,765 0.0760 0.0180
The first issue is on a 10 day 90% VWAP for $800,000 and should take place Tuesday or Wednesday next week. So far this month, avg price is $3,100,912/124,018,368 = $0.025.
Sp is going down at the moment, so the average as of next week will be lower. Unless there is a big dump in the next couple of trading days, I wouldn't expect the avg price in the 10 days preceding the first tranche to be less than $0.022 for the first tranche. Issue price will be 0.9 * avg price, so say, not less than about $0.02, possibly a little more.
This information can be of help to those wishing to do a bit of trading with some of their stock. It will be interesting to see how the price fluctuates in each drawdown period. At a guess, the price is perhaps more likely to get lower towards the end of each period, then maybe go up a little after a drawdown has taken place? Unless a good announcement is made, I would think the pressure on the stock will be to average down. When a good announcement is made, I would expect the price will go up for a little while, but then tend to average down again. This might continue until real commercialisation occurs and the company starts to earn good income from sales when price will start to be judged more realistically on what the company can actually produce.
Does anybody have access to a list of volume/value on a daily basis? My retrospective daily report does not show value, only voune/high/low/open/close. I can get it each day if I look it up each day, but there might be some days I wouldnt be able to have access.
If in time the price is shorted to $0.016 or below, you might see conversion of notes happenning because the formula is .9 x VWAP (30 days) to the NEAREST cent, ie if vwap is .016 or below, the issue price for noteholders would be $0.01.
All of this is purely opinion and speculation, though perhaps with some logical basis - take it as you wish.
