Item number 1 is ticked as well. This list was generated about a year ago and this microcap company has delivered on so many of these items. That is the quality of the management. This is rare and I am so proud of this company.

No change in top level management team in US ( Kathleen , Chris, Jennifer , Rafael , Shari , James and Dave). --> There has been a change in focus for the company and the management team has been trimmed to maintain focus on Connect integration. I believe it is a good strategy. It is time to focus on operations and get the execution right.
