My mistake on the flu and sepsis.
But I am not mistaken on the speed matter. European and British leaders are not going to sit idly by and let time pass without making things happen quickly.
In turn their own people wont let them do that. People are protesting for a lot of reasons even if ignoarantly selfishly and stupidly so.
Pressure to do things pronto will be unparralled.
Some countries will break the law and patents where they could not pay normal prices.... maybe even when they can.
