despite my many years of criticism towards this management, I can't see how these images would be variously used, if those using them didn't have a strong intent of actually engaging the product on a vary serious basis - in many instances the best pictures are owned by MST, which means copyright approval has to be obtained before using the images -- which begs the 'doh' question - why would you bother asking to use images of products you had no intention of ever using in the field?

The answer is pretty obvious, just not any actual contracts - the cloak-n-dagger and secrecy continues... until one day (oh god when?!?!) SHAZAM, a big fat contract or two just flops onto our Announcement screens... I think more than a few of us will be taken by surprise.
