May well be a form of subtle conditioning for US agencies and businesses prior to a contract(s)- that way there is less shock and outcry over a small foreign tech company being given preference over a larger established US companies. Also,suggests - this is what we can buy, can you do better? Why else would you use pictures like these? Just a theory, but it could be checked against other contracts / tendering in the US - preferred supplier tagged by images of the desired product. All just speculation!
