Request for Trading Halt
Amcom Telecommunications Limited (Amcom) (ASX: AMM), requests ASX to apply a trading halt to its shares with immediate effect in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement by Amcom in relation to a proposed equity raising.
Amcom:
• requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the time Amcom makes an announcement to the market in relation to the proposed equity raising; and
• the commencement of trading on Friday, 6 June 2014.
Amcom confirms it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to be provided to the market or ASX in relation to the trading halt.
