AFR Street Talk:
Amcom Telecommunications is seeking to raise $40 million at $2.05 a share with the help of broker Euroz. The raising proceeds have been ear-marked for an acquisition, sources said.
The shares were placed in a trading halt at $2.22 on Wednesday.
