yes, interests of business loan is quite high, we bought a farm 2021, banks cannot provide loan for farm size over 100acres, private fund requested 10.5% at that time, it’s 2 years ago. 5m due Feb 2024, 5 months to go, good luck, looks like MCL shareholders have to drink more better beer.
