tricky question.
if the chinese reduce smelter production from oct - mar, this will mean less Al produced, hence a higher price for the finished product. (supply deficit)
But, does it not also mean that the Chinese will be buying less Bauxite (supply surplus), and therefore have a lowering effect on bauxite prices? or am i missing something?
