    CXXT is a mid pointt trade. Ie if bid and ask is at 3.70 and 3.71, a broker can put an order to either buy or sell at 3.705. It is a tactics used by broker to manipulate the marker to tip either way. Tactics can be used if there is different clients in house want to buy and sell and bush them straight ob top on the queue.
