    Very disappointing they didn't have an offer to existing SH's, would have been a good approach by management. I find the get cash quick from sophisticated investors is juts helping their mates out with cheap shares. I think think a SPP delay would have been bad for the company. Anyway a lot more shares on the market now. Hopefully good results to support them.
