If this mob change management, become more truthful with announcements(not generalise or recycle old ones) get some cash from somewhere other than selling more shares and diluting same., they may kick off in a couple of years or at least be a good takeover target and the share price will climb.
As for now trade the cycles if you can pick them.
Here is another old email from them re the mystery prostate cancer cure that has disappearred from the website. September 2002, nearly happy 2yr old birthday time.... Management still had their webite address as Western Australia for about 6 months before I alerted them it might be a bit more professional to change it to Brisbane since they were now operating from there.
At the time in 2002 I was getting very pissed off and losing money.
My email then their response....

Subject: Share price
I was foolish enough to believe previous reports re your company. I purchased 60000 shares in BPO when the price was 20 cents.
This was based on information concerning the Q insecticide and also reports of a prostate cancer nutraceutical(report 18/7/01)
This was supposedly being tested by Lane Pharmaceuticals with info posted May 2002. (Still waiting for that one?)
Why do you think we shareholders would now buy $3000 more worth of shares at 9 cents?????
Myself and other shareholders have been informed you are in great financial difficulties and no one wishes to use your so called developments. I hope this is untrue. Please advise what has happened re the prostate nutraceutical and why no updates?
Please address my concerns and advise what if anything is happening. I am considering joint legal action with other shareholders re possible fraudulent or inflated statements by your company.
I don't think many will purchase shares at 9 cents if you are soon to be worth zero cents per share!
Also you should update your website with the correct Qld address and not the WA address.
regards !!!!!!!!!!!!
Response........
Dear !!!!!!!!!
Thank you for your email dated 19th September 2002 with your concerns relating to BioProspect Limited.
As a shareholder, you will have recently received our newsletter with an update on what is happening within BioProspect, however, you have asked for specific information regarding the prostate cancer nutraceutical.
Firstly I would like to point out that BioProspect’s role with this product is purely in relation to the research and development of the product. InterHealth Biotechnologies (formerly Lane Laboratories) are responsible for the registration and marketing of this product. Currently, IHB has submitted data to the relevant regulatory authority for its final ratification and they have been awaiting clearance on this product to allow IHB to launch and market the product in the USA. The submission has been with the regulatory body for over six months and BioProspect and IHB are in their hands in regards to their processing of the submission. Until we have formal notification from IHB and the regulators, it is inappropriate for us to release information on the launch date for this particular product.
In regards to the Share Purchase Plan, the reason for making this offer to shareholders is that we have had many requests by shareholders to give them the opportunity to further support the Company. With that, the directors have made the offer and of course you under no obligation whatsoever to take this up.
Your comments pertaining to BioProspect’s financial situation, it is the Company’s policy and practice to give full disclosure on time and within the ASX rules, and our financial information is available at all times to the public.
Finally, in regards to your comments about the website, I would like to inform you that we are in the process of upgrading the addresses.
Again, thank you for your enquiry.
Yours sincerely

Hi !!!!!!!,
I understand your sentiment, the share market as a whole is very volatile at the moment, so any inconclusive disclosures are deemed negative by analysts.
Below is a one year BPO share price history table I copied from the tradingroom.com.au website, note the price hit 11 cents on 21 Jan 03. It is very unfortunate the share price decreased in value significantly from when you first purchased BPO shares at 20 cents. As a shareholder you have every right to be concerned for your investment, albeit you also have the right to retain your shares or sell them at the specified market price on any given time and day. You are correct, the share price plummeted to 6.6 cents today, and that too is very unfortunate. We do, however, await results from Sumitomo.
With respect to the prostate cancer, we are unable to make any further disclosures at present.
Kind Regards,
Mini Baumann
