Hoping that someone can answer this for me.
I am with Comsec and have transferred Lnc across to an Int. a/c. I have only just now, opened up that account for my first look see. It appears that the a/c is geared mainly for the US market. I was surprised to see that although all of my shares have been transferred, they now appear there as LNCYF [which have been discussed here before]. My a/c shows that on the last date of trade on the 29/11/13, that MY shares were trading at $1.21 [I assume this to be $USD] Now as I move across this boxed info, I see that there is a buy/sell section.
My question is [and no I am not going to] CAN I, right now, sell these shares on the US exchange at their current market price ???
Is it possible to sell these shares prior to opening on SGX ?
Am a virgin, with Int. shares, so be gentle with me!
