trade ?? market manipulation

I thought had seen some interesting trades before, but this one of the more unique buy 52,304 shares @ 8.8 cents today then on close sell down 52,304 on close to a low of 7.5 cents.... There was only 3 trades for the day and 2 would have to be for same person, now people complain of market manipulation when 50 Million shares are traded,

I am starting to think this share is being manipulated by by a small player as opposed to the big players.

That said I think they are good buying at 7.5 cents given independent expert vales at 27 cents
