with inflation being a topic of discussion today on the GOLD thread it was interesting to read the paragraph about the US for decades exporting inflation, whereas now they need to mobilise inflation at home otherwise "US dollar debts will continue to deflate and the US banking system would fail".
this paper throws up a great argument as to why the Fed needs to devalue the dollar too (pegged to a $3000 POG) & inflate to ensure no implosion of the system.
