i wonder how many of you understand plain english? there should be NO confusion around the options... it is all there in black and white:
we have listed and unlisted options (which may be listed at a later date), then there will be some unlisted options that will be converted to heads prior to the ex date so that you qualify for some listed options on the record date. all these options may be converted to heads at any time you want to or you may choose not to convert them. the shares you hold now until the ex date will qualify for the listed options if you choose to accept them but you may choose not to. any heads you get rid of or aquire after the ex date will not qualify for the new options but you may still have some unlisted options aquired earlier...
i could go on but its so simple that i dont think there is any point.
